We’re Updating How Seller Feedback Works on Our Site

Here at Hip, we believe feedback is a vital part of our platform that strengthens trust amongst buyers and sellers. This is why we’re updating how seller feedback works on our site. Once the update goes live, our system will automatically leave positive seller feedback on new and existing orders after 45 days if you have not left feedback yourself. You are still empowered to leave feedback for sellers you purchase with if you would like. There will be no changes with how that process works today.
We are confident that this change will continue to add value to both buyers and sellers. Lastly, we have updated the “Feedback Policies” section in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.hippostcard.com/terms) to reflect updates to the Seller Feedback Policy update beginning Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
