  That's the url for their store. Find the pc you want, go to that listing page, and hit the 'Question' button at top right to make your offer. Since they don't have the 'make offer' option in their listings, this is your only shot, and it might fall on deaf ears, but you can try, if you like.

  I did ask, but I don’t know if they will except my offer. I think that they will, but I don’t know for sure. Thanks for the help!
