Sold listings reposting

Today when looking at my listings I noticed a card I had sold over the weekend was again for sale. I kept looking and have found quite a few recent sales (sold on Hip, not another platform) were again listed for sale with a different ID number. This is a obviously a problem as I no longer have the cards. I have reached out via messaging but have not heard back. Is anyone else having this issue?

    This has apparently been an on-going issue on HipStamp as well.

    I've had this happen twice in the last month. One earned me a neutral on eBay, the second I just canceled here on HP. I have meticulously taken down sales here on HP over on eBay but phantom listings of these items showed up again on HP. Same eBay listing number but 2 different HP ID #s. Got a help request in, but I don't expect much satisfaction.Perhaps this kind of problem partly explains the drop in HP stores from 360 to 325 or so in the last 3 months.
