If all else fails, perhaps try getting onto Hip's Discord Page albeit primarily used by HipStamp folks. Management is reasonably good about answering questions there. The first link is the 'invite' page that I use to get in (which I use instead of d…

Menu --> Members Area --> Selling, scroll to bottom of page to find the 'Bulk Edit' button.

Problems can crop up here as well as on any other platform. Stuff happens. Your best bet is to contact support: support@hipecommerce.com

Go to each listing page and scroll down a bit. There you'll find the number of views.

Sorry for your loss...

It makes no sense not to show both sides. I guess some sellers assume buyers are only interested in the pictures. Others simply can't be bothered, and I suppose a tiny percentage are hiding damage to the cards, such as stains. As for me, I always sh…

Most sellers (me included) I think would appreciate any corrections offered. I'd prefer to keep errors in my listings to a minimum so I don't look foolish and so buyers can find what they're looking for. https://www.hippostcard.com/store/docgfd-pos…

Every seller is pretty much free to ask whatever they want for a card, although some asks do end up at the 'crazy level.' If the seller is a collector (and not a dealer) its hard to guess what their basis might be, so you're offer might have been le…

Hi Ron ~ I'd appreciate your taking a spin on my store to see if you can be of any help in increasing my sales. Thanks, George https://www.hippostcard.com/store/docgfd-postcards

I can only parrot what's been said to me. I've been told that the more items one has in a store, the better the odds are that you will make sales. My store only has around 900 listings and that's just a drop in the bucket compared to some stores her…

This has apparently been an on-going issue on HipStamp as well.
-
That's been an issue here and especially on HipStamp, even when doing direct single listings. Ya always have to watch what the autofill does. Not doing synch even though I also sell on eBay (and what a relief that I don't), I can't imagine the amoun…

Don't hold yer breath. Complaints have been rampant on HipPostCard's sister site, HipStamp, for several days. The response from management?

I find myself using commas just so titles read grammatically correctly, but as Brent mentioned, one is using up space in doing so. Oftentimes I'll revise a title before hitting the 'list' button to remove a comma or two just to make it possible to a…

In that case, 'Keywords' are your best friend ! Cram as many as you can into the Title once you have the basics entered (which in many cases will be all you'll need). For example, if you have a PPC of the Bronx Zoo that pictures penguins, be sure t…

Are you plugging in any of the keywords into the search box at the top of the main page? If I plug in 'statue,' for example, I get plenty of hits. In my individual (small) store, I get six hits doing it this way: https://www.hippostcard.com/store/d…

It may be because photos and beer labels come under ephemera, not postcards. I would suggest contacting support and asking. support@hipecommerce.com

That they do. If you have both stores, it would makes sense to list the postally used in each for the greater potential exposure.
-
I just hope buyers compare S&H when they look at the same card offered by different sellers. I charge $1 to send one card or two-hundred cards, but have seen sellers that charge $3 for the first card and then add a charge for each additional car…
-
I've found they can do well in in both venues so I list the same used card in both. If one sells in one venue, just be sure to remember to it delete from the other.

There are a few factors involved here, and I feel your pain, and mind you this is coming from a small store owner who had the same angst as you a while ago. I took a look at your store. You've got some real neat stuff, you show the backs of your car…

Yes, you do need to open a store, but Hip offers a starter version where you can get your feet wet at little expense: https://www.hippostcard.com/site-fees

All the Hip sites are currently a mess, but they're "working on it."
-
You may have to do it on a 'per store' basis, but on the main page for each store, on the left, are several filters. Scroll down until you see the one for 'postally used' (under 'Condition') and click on the box. This way, for that particular store,…

Have you tried going to the main page and clicking on the blue 'Need Help?' button at bottom right? Once you click that, at the bottom of the menu there is a 'send us a message button.'

Here's a good example: I just sold PPC to a buyer who has close to twenty-thousand (!) received feedbacks. When you look at the 'feedback left for others,' its blank. People just can't be bothered...but don't take it personally....the bottom line is…
-
It just seems to be the trend here, and then add in some buyers who may not know how to do it (its not as intuitive as that other site's until you figure out how to use it, which may be off-putting). I wish more buyers would leave feedback just so I…

You know, that's something that's never occurred to me but it is certainly a possible issue, although I've never heard of it. As a small-time seller as well as a collector, this is clearly something that should be watched out for because some people…

Not offhand (sorry) but it may be worth a tumble to use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the page. One of the staff might be able to help you or point you in the right direction.
