1907 North Lawrence OH Postcard Cover Black Americana Valentine's Day Watermelon

 Up for auction is a beautiful color  picture postcard Valentine's day cover from North Lawrence Ohio.  Beautiful cancels. Postmarked February 13, 1907.  In excellent  condition but stamp has been removed. Priced to sell. The postcard depicts a  Black boy in front of a watermelon with chickens. Captioned "to my valentine de troubles ob true lub ain't a few. But nothin can't keep mah lub from you" Very nice postal history cover. Interesting piece of Black Americana! Jim Crow era.
