Any "Cat Val" Listed is the catalog value from 2016 Scott. This catalog price is not taking into account whether or not stamps are hinged unless the Scott catalog provides those specific values.
If a cover states it is a "First Day Cover" I do not always verify that the post mark is really the correct First Day Cover posting date.
I am not an expert in identifying stamps so please use scans to confirm any identifications I may suggest. If you see I may have mis-identified something, I am happy to correct the ad, if you let me know.
