Alice B. Toklas Paris 1959 4x6 Continental Postcard. The American Postcard Company N.Y.C.N.Y. 1980 Printed in the U.S.A. NOS.

If you look in the lower left hand corner on the back side of this card. You will see a hand written #202 with another number crossed over under it. I have searched the internet for this card and found it. The 202 was printed on the card in later printings. This card was a factory printing error with the wrong catalogue number on all of the ones I have. They all show the same hand written 202 and crossed out 212 . I have this card in limited stock about 15-20 and they will be gone.

Alice Babette Toklas was an American-born member of the Parisian avant-garde of the early 20th century, and the life partner of American writer Gertrude Stein.

All cards I am selling are considered New Old Stock and have been stored in stacks unless specifically mentioned. Vintage postcards and greeting cards may have small differences I.E; yellowing of paper, worn edges, dogears/corner blunting. Basic wear from storage of vintage cards.
