This vintage postcard captures a view of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, with the Avala Mountain (Avalaberg) in the distance. The foreground prominently features the Saborna crkva (Cathedral Church of St. Michael the Archangel), a significant landmark in the city's history.
The postcard was published by S. Mechulam, Belgrad, a local publisher known for producing high-quality views of the region. The design of the reverse side and the printed details suggest it dates from the early 1910s.
