1987 issue of a set of five postcards commemorating the Australian 1890 ballad "The Man from Snowy River." Each car carries a 36c stamp and tells a portion of the ballad story running through a.at the station, b.mountain bred, c. that terrible descent, d. at their heals, e. brought them back. Each card is an illustration of that portion of the narrative. Please see the photos of each card and its reverse. Clean, beautiful, excellent condition. Â
