We always try to use the least expensive shipping method in order to reduce your costs. A minimal handling charge has been added to the actual postage cost to help pay for packing materials and time.

Hip no longer allows sellers to list any other payment form other than PAYPAL (Hip owns paypal and and charges sellers a minimum of 35 cents per item. Hip profits have been declining). This is unfair to both sellers and buyers who don’t wish to have a PAYPAL account. I cannot mention other forms of payment but common sense should tell you that I prefer payments that do not cost me 35 cents or more especially on small transactions
