AOAPW21  This is a rarely found specialist postcard of this painting of this unique work by Holland artist Carla Kranendonk called Rose and was part of an annual female art awards event with artist and painting identification on reverse which this award souvenir is unused and mint.

_Dutch-born Carla Kranendonk's works are informed by her travels to West Africa and combine vivid brushwork with hand-embroidered paper collage, as well as photographic elements. As disparate textile patterns are juxtaposed with screen-printed textures, her mixed media works come to represent a travelogue of collected images and memories, reinforced by the frequent use of photographs of the artist and her family members. Large in format, Kranendonk's works are authentic in their composition and playful in their manipulation of perspective._
