STB013 This is a stunning Benham first day cover with a 22 carat gold border around the edge of the cover and the painting on the front so of high value - You will see on image 2 the insert for authenticity and also the advertisement from the collector when he purchased the souvenir in 1992 and over 30 years ago paid £40 and the price of gold has gone up a lot since then.
