Christopher Plummer WW2 Shakespeare 1966 London Press Award Photo

CHA0601 A vintage 1966 8" x 6" press photograph from the Evening Standard of Christopher Plummer winning the awards in the 1966 Evening Standard Drama Awards event in London - this was surely from his WW2 movie Cross Of Iron that had just been released that year but he was famous for all his Shakespeare roles of the 1960s too - bar a little marking on reverse where the newspapers used the souvenir, and also one very small top edge border place, it is otherwise outstanding condition, and has large Evening Standard Copyright press marking on reverse - a scarce souvenir of this epic actor receiving his honours nearly 60 years ago.
