Here is a nice REAL PHOTO postcard view showing WATCHING BALLOON ASCENSION AT ADAMS CO. FAIR 1908 printed on the front with CORNING IOWA ADAMS CO. FAIR BALLOON ASCENSION written on the back---it is a KRUXO card.    It shows the INFLATED BALLOON with a CROWD WATCHING.     I found a newspaper account with an online search:
