Here is a nice REAL PHOTO postcard view SHOWING CORNER OF OFFICE OF G.J. MONROE LIVERY BARN...DYSART IOWA written on the back along with a description, circa 1910 AZO card.      I verified that this is Dysart with an online search:

25, 1911, at the frank nutt farm, 7 miles north of dysart., [buys livery bakx i o. J. Smith purchaser the dysart g. J. Monroe livery barn and four lots jan. 23,1917. 1 goose feathers a mooreville correspondent reported to the dysart reporter that in april 1878, a blizzard blew all the feathers off the geese.
