This comes from the estate of Preston Moe, his Mother Martha Moe was a Norwegian immigrant who lived early on in Echo, Minnesota. Family includes Hustad location Echo Minnesota, Preston Married a lady from Duffield Pennsylvania as to how these items ended up In South Central Pennsylvania. Names from the families were, Hustad, Moe, Biesecker, Lowry(Hagerstown Md) This particular Postcard was in a group with ones from Echo Minnesota. The photographer is Harseth, I have another from the same group showing the farmhouse and noted as the Hustad Family.
