Fishing French Fisherman Chaos at Martinique Award Photo Postcard

MG This undated but modern origin real photo postcard and I believe an award winner from when the photo taken which was back in 1979 and shows fisherman in chaos in the Grand Riviere at Martinique over 40 years ago with uniformed people trying to help and some really unusual other fashions on display (bright hats) which the orange and yellow of the hats matches the colour of the boats being parked so this is an incredible assault on the senses from this award winning photographer which reverse details him with, date, location etc unused and prestine condition
