General Ulysses S. Grant in the 1860s Secret Code Hand Sign Modern Postcard

A modern postcard of Ulysses S. Grant (1822-1885), Civil War general and eighteenth U.S. president (1869-1877), photographed in the 1860s. Grant was a member of The Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a fraternal organization similar to the Freemasons, but I don't know if this is an I.O.O.F. hand sign. If anyone can tell me what it means, please let me know.

This postcard was published by Pomegranate in the 1990s. It is about 4 x 6 inches (10x15cm) size. It is unused and in new condition.
