bg992 A scarce undated but would seem to have been published just after the Gulf War by a French artist caricaturist and comic illustrators view of George Bush in his Golf Buggy during the Gulf War - this is unused and mint and was limited to only 250 for worldwide distribution - the reverse of the card has the box authenticating this limited editions series for the hand numbering of the postcard.
