com5x2 - Gerard Hoffnung was a unique German artist and musician born in the 1920s and best known for his wide range of comical musical works and drawings & one of the leading creators of his kind. This postcard caricaturises the His Masters Voice dog going deaf listening to the records. The card is undated but looks to have been published some 25 years ago from a drawing dated 1955 and the publishers are The Hoffnung Partnership so this is an official souvenir and specialist collectors card unused and mint condition
