I will ship to anywhere in the world. That said, if there are far too many complaints from said country, I reserve the right to not send items in the future. I have rounded up postage costs to offset mailing incidentals. Shipping includes postage, envelope, protection (higher priced items) such as stiffener or cover - and secure final mailing before delivering it to the Post Office. I scan each envelope before it leaves my work area.
