A SCARCE OFFICIAL FIRST DAY COVER CERTIFIED LIMITED EDITION OF JUST 70 COVERS"_.  I am selling at just close to the same price it was sold at to the 70 Benham collectors over 20 years ago.   It is in mint condition and wont source better.
