bg922 I can only relay what I am seeing - this is from a large London social history collection of private postcards - there are no notes on the reverse of this card but it seems to show a meeting taking place and portrait of attendees - behind the group is a large framed street map which I have to also assume London but I let you decide - the postcard would seem 1903 to 1904 - has corner fraying but otherwise seems great condition - vg+++/ex minus grading.
