Up for auction is a beautiful RPPC postcard from Palestine .postcard depicts Lord and Lady Reading, the famous Jewish knight from England 9the highest peerage ever awarded a British Jew) and famous engineer and Zionist leader Pinhas Rutenberg in the Tel Aviv Power station.Rutenberg was a Russian socialist and revolutionary before becoming a Zionist and was also a world famous engineer who designed much of what later became the Israeli power grid. Very scarce postcard of Palestine and Zionist political history. Mint never postmarked .In excellent condition . Priced to sell.
