Postcard depicts a German u boat submarine at sea before world war 2. rare postcard. U boat 13. pre war submarine postcards are very scarce because Germany was banned from having submarines under the Versailles treaty.Shipping will be a flat $2.00 within the continental U.S. for USPS mail.
