bg359 London County Council Reward Cards were a series of antique postcards from the start of the 1900s that because they had limited distribution they are today very popular with collectors - instead of a postcard message area on revere it would have "London County Council Reward Card" - they date around 110+ years ago this one being of monks fishing from a painting from the Tate Gallery detailed on reverse bar light corner impression just surface from former album storage and perhaps very lightly aged this is great condition overall vg+ and a real character souvenir.
