New wwi era usa patriotic postcard what can we do? Enroll in hospital service!

This is an inspiring usa new postcard, from the world war i era. It is not dated, but is from that time. The red, white and blue flag curtains are open to view a hospital ward. The caption asks and answers the question: "what can we do... For home and country::....We can enroll in the hospital service". If you have loved ones, or ancestors who served in wwi or collect the era, or collect mash or similar military corp cards then this may be for you. I do note small creases. I see a very light lower right corner crease, tiny tip creases and in the upper right, a crease follows the blue bunting from the center of the card, down and to the right, but ends before the right edge. It is not fragile, but not easily seen, so i tell you here. This card is likely artist signed, but i cannot make it out. I see letters at the point in the lower left area where the left most bed touches the wall, and just at that top, left corner of the bed frame. Signed or not, a very nice patriotic postcard, and an unusual design.
Winning bid adds $2.00 p&h, to usa. $3.00 to non-usa addresses. Michigan residents must add 6% michigan sales tax, which is applicable to both the purchase price and the p&h, unless you provide me with your mich sales tax id # by return email, when you receive my confirming email. We will hold cards for the additional payment, if we must remind you. Insurance, available only to usa addresses, is extra and always recommended shipping to non usa addresses is $3. In us dollars, for postcards. That includes all our friends in canada.

We are jim & millie stearns, and live in michigan's upper peninsula, 100 miles north of green bay. We are semi-retired, with two home businesses. The postcard sales are an extension of our stamp business, which we have had for 30 years. We are really sweet folks, and great communicators. I spent 25 years as a marriage and family counselor, and we like people. But.. We also have to deal with buyers who are not responsible, on rare occasions. So, please read the additional policies below about late payments, and fees etc.

We ship all our postcards in a 6x6-3/8 sturdy, self stick mailer, and a professional label, not a #6 or #10 envelope with a cereal box cut up. Thus, our p&h rates are as follows:

We will ship to most foreign destinations. If you reside in an "unsafe" mailing part of the world, you pay, and we ship, at your risk. We strongly encourage foreign buyers to use either registration, or international priority mail, if they are in an unsafe delivery zone. Contact us for a quote on registration or international priority mail to your country, if you will be requiring it.

We reluctantly have added pay pal and moneybookers to our payment options. However, the rates charged to sellers are extremely high, on low end purchases. So, please, please, when you purchase from us, if you are watching or may be bidding on multiple of our items, notify us that you are watching or bidding on other items, and that you will delay payment until they are finished. Do not use pay pal right away to check out. Then, when the wanted or watched other items do expire, go ahead and process pay pal. This will save us a lot of our $ costs, and allow us to keep our $ costs low to you.

All payments from usa or non-usa addresses must arrive here within 14 days, or we must absolutely hear from you in advance to help us know what the delay is, and why. After 21 days, your item will immediately be returned to sales, you will be blocked as a buyer, and a non-payer status report will be filed with Hip, as well and a refund request made to Hip for our fees. These options are limited by Hip, so we will need to abide by this. We always are willing to cooperate with special circumstances, but you have to show the courtesy of informing us. Again, we need to successfully communicate, in advance of problems.
