Dusselnixe translated as association of german post and telegraph assistants - greetings from dusseldorf - ii general meeting of the members in the rhineland and westphalia on october 9, 1898 - father rhine and mermaid. Scarce card! Sent 1898, undivided back with top left corner damage, some corner bumping & toning. Fair-fine condition.
