CHAU1673 This is a highly specialist autographed listing for Rene Favaloro who was an Argentine cardiac surgeon and educator best known for his pioneering work on coronary artery bypass surgery using the great saphenous vein. The listing is for two personally signed items being firstly an full size letter from 1996 where he writes to the fan advising he cant send him a book but he has included the autographed photo. The letter is folded once where posted otherwise mint. The second item is the large 8" x 6" hand signed photo he mentions in the letter which he has personally autographed below his portrait in silver metallic pen and absolutely mint. I have scanned both items laid together for the gallery image but these are two separate items and together they comprise surely the best autograph opportunity for this historic Argentina cardiac surgeon of its kind.
