This could be the indiana high school athletic association or any other state beginning with the letter "i" such as illinois, iowa or idaho as all have towns named charleston. Could also be south carolina. Very scarce card! Unsent, divided back with light corner bumping & toning. Very fine condition. Shipping is $2.00 domestic and $3.00 international.
