Here is a nice REAL PHOTO postcard view showing a MAN PUSHING ANOTHER MAN in a WHEELBARROW protected by an UMBRELLA.   The rider could be Native American or African American.    SOPER OKLAHOMA WINNING THE BET written on the back circa 1919 AZO card.   The store in the background is 1919 T.L. GRIGGS painted.     I verified with an online search that this was indeed Soper:
