You will want to look at the images carefully. Be sure to look at both the front and the back of the postcard. There can be creases and nicks or other issues that you can see on the back of the card that are not apparent on the front side.
It's also a good idea to double-click on the image to see a really large view of the postcard.
Finally, many of these cards have worn or bent corners and worn edges.
