The corners by the eagle have been folded over (1/2"). There is some smudging on both sides. Please check out all of the pictures and zoom in to see exactly what you will be getting.
I think the bottom of the picture says Carpenters Hall Phila, which I imagine is Philadelphia. The sign on the front of the building says The Company Instituted Carpenters Hall 1721. It looks like a 2 story brick building with arched windows on teh 2nd story.
