'Boston Light by Moonlight, Boston Harbor, Mass' postcard mailed from Waltham, Massachusetts to Townsend Harbor, Massachusetts in 1910 franked by a one-cent Benjamin Franklin issue (straight edge with guide line at left) tied to the card by a machine cancellation.
The picture image is a bit mis-registered with the red ink component applied a bit to the south of the rest of the colors.

Postcard Specs: '37067.' Mild (?water), narrow band of staining right side of back (see scan).
