Here is a nice REAL PHOTO postcard view showing WAUCOMA JULY 20 1023 BALLARD printed on the front showing FIRE RUINS with WEBSTER BROS. PLANT written on the back---it is an AZO card. Ballard was a photographer at nearby West Union Iowa.
